How do I receive the commission?
The marketplace pays your affiliate account directly (Shopee, Mercado Livre, Amazon, Magalu, Netshoes). Achadu only applies your affiliate ID to the link and shows the results. Achadu never handles your money.
Can I test before paying?
Yes. Choose any plan and try it free for 7 days with no card. Connect your number, publish real deals, and track your commissions. When the trial ends, your account pauses instead of being deleted; your groups, deals, and reports stay saved until you choose a plan.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Plans are monthly with no lock-in. After you cancel, there are no new charges, and your account remains active until the end of the paid period.
Is the annual plan worth it?
With annual billing, you pay 30% less per month in one upfront payment. On Professional, for example, that is $22.40 per month instead of $32.00—a saving of $115.20 per year. You can still cancel or change plans.
What counts as a message against my limit?
Each deal published to one group counts as one message. Publishing to 5 groups uses 5 messages. Starter includes 2,000 per month; Professional 20,000; Scale 80,000; Agency 400,000. If you exceed the allowance, your operation keeps running: each additional 10,000 messages costs $4, or you can upgrade at any time.
Can I remove the "made with Achadu" seal from my website?
Yes, starting with the Scale plan. The site is fully branded as yours, with no Achadu reference, and you can enable or disable this at any time under My Site.
Are you at risk of having your number blocked?
Achadu uses interval between sends, never fires in bursts and has number contingency. There is no tool with zero risk; There is a tool that respects the limit, and that is how we operate.
What do I need to register for each store?
Only your affiliate account identifiers: AppId and Secret from Shopee, matt_word from Mercado Livre, tag from Amazon, slug from Magalu, id from Netshoes, tracking id from AliExpress and share id from Temu. And the networks (Awin, Rakuten, Admitad) unlock dozens of other stores with one registration. Everything just once, in Account › Integrations.
