Getting started with Achadu

The 10-minute journey until the operation runs. Achadu works on four pieces: a connected number, a segment with groups, your affiliate IDs and an offer on the storefront. The panel shows a guide with these steps and a progress ring; it disappears on its own when everything is upright. In WhatsApp, register the number with priority 1 and click Connect. Open the cell phone's WhatsApp in Connected devices and read the QR. The status changes to connected immediately. Segment is your niche (Home and kitchen, Mom and baby). Inside it, list the number groups and mark each one as sending, monitoring, or both. Under Integrations, connect your affiliate account identifiers to each store. Without them, the link is published, but without commission, and the system warns you. In the Showcase, import a link or search the source, see the preview and publish. After that, turn on the autopilot in the segment. The order matters: without a number connected, nothing comes out; without IDs, leaves without commission.

Question 2

Connect and maintain WhatsApp

Accepted Answer

QR, reconnection, contingency and what to do when it goes down. The connection uses the same protocol as WhatsApp Web. Achadu saves the session and reconnects alone with increasing waiting; never restart in burst. The bell warns and the connection tries to return on its own. If the status remains logged out, you need to read the QR again (WhatsApp dropped the session). Register a second number with priority 2 and place it in the same groups. If 1 falls in the middle of sending, 2 takes over and the report indicates that it was the replacement. Avoid connecting and disconnecting several times in a row: a burst of reconnection is what draws the most attention to WhatsApp.

Question 3

Your affiliate IDs, store by store

Where to find each identifier and what it does. Shopee: affiliate.shopee.com.br › Open API. AppId (18 digits) and Secret. With them, search with % commission, short link and report. Mercado Livre: Affiliate Center › Link Builder. matt_word is included in every link; the app token (developers.mercadolivre.com.br) enables the search. Amazon: Associates. Register the default tag and local tags for the countries in which you operate; Achadu chooses the tag by URL. Magalu: Magalu Partner. Your store's slug becomes magazinevoce.com.br/slug in every link. Netshoes: affiliate id (Awin/Afiliate). Everything is in the Integrations catalog, per user: each person in the operation uses their own IDs. Secrets are validated when possible and are always masked on the screen.

Question 4

Account, roles and password

Super admin, admin and operator; password change. super admin: everything, including creating and removing users and changing roles. admin: operates and configures, without touching users. operator: operates day to day. The password is changed in Account › Security; switching drops old sessions. If you forget, the super admin creates a new password for you.

The showcase: import, search, approve

The three ways to fill the showcase and the curation flow. Paste the product link. Achadu reads title, price and photo (Amazon opens in a real browser). When the store blocks reading, the system asks for the form by hand instead of inventing it. With the Shopee API turned on, search by word and bring up offers with a % commission, sorted by commission, sales or price. Everything is pending. Approve what's worth, reject the rest. The preview shows the message exactly as it arrives in the group, with the segment template. The photo of the offer is mirrored in your storage: if the store changes or removes the image, yours will remain.

Question 6

Browser extension

Accepted Answer

Turn any product page into an offer. Download the extension from the Integrations screen. It only captures the tab you clicked on: canonical URL, title and social image. Passwords, forms, history and other tabs are not read. Unzip the downloaded file. Open chrome://extensions and enable Developer Mode. Click Upload without compression and choose the unzipped folder. Pin the Achadu icon to the Chrome bar. Open a product and click the icon. “Take it to the Showcase” opens the Achadu with the address filled in. You can also right-click on a page, link or image and choose “Turn into offer in Achadu”. The extension does not publish itself. Achadu also reviews price, commission, image and copy before sending.

Question 7

The copy by AI

Accepted Answer

How the text is written and how to adjust it. The AI receives the title, price, discount, coupon and evaluation, and writes two or three lines in the tone of someone recommending it to a friend: specific use, cited number, maximum two emojis. Forbidden: health promise, "unmissable", dash. If it fails, a second pass rewrites. You can always edit the text before publishing.

Templates with variables

Create the message your way. Variables: title, price, price_of, discount, coupon, link, copy, store, evaluation, free_shipping, group, time. Conditional: {{#if cupom}}…{{else}}…{{/if}}. The validator points to unknown variable and if without closing before saving.

Link conversion

Accepted Answer

Paste any link; leave with your commission. The Link Conversion screen accepts a link or an entire message: clears third-party trackers and places your identifier on each link. The history stores everything that was converted, including by WhatsApp. If "no ID" appears, register that store's identifier in Integrations. The warning is there for you to never publish for free.

Question 10

The autopilot

The best approved offer comes out on its own, at its own time. By segment: interval in minutes and time window (e.g. every 60 min, from 07:00 to 22:00). Each cycle, the pilot takes the best offer not yet published (approved first, highest commission first) and publishes it in the sending groups. The segment filters are valid for the pilot: store, maximum price, words, and the option to only publish approved ones.

Question 11

Monitoring Rules (Products)

The showcase that fills itself. A rule says: look for these words in this source, with a price between X and Y, minimum commission Z, every N minutes. What passes enters the window as pending, or approved if the rule has "approve alone". Each rule shows the latest result: how many it found, how many were new, how many the filter blocked, and the error if any. Rule that doesn't run says why (e.g. missing Shopee credential).

Free appointments and messages

Good morning, coupon of the day, offer at the right time. Schedule an approved offer or a free message (with image, if you want) for a time: once, every day, every week or every N hours. If the machine is turned off on time, the schedule skips to the next occurrence instead of triggering late.

Product and Affiliate Connectors

Catalog, price, link and commission on fourteen connectors organized by capacity. The commission is always between the program and you. Achadu uses your own account credentials, preserves the currency returned by the source, and never exchanges your identifier for a system ID. Shopee: In your affiliate dashboard, open Tools › Open API and copy AppId and Secret. Mercado Livre: Create an application to obtain Access Token and copy matt_word and matt_tool into Link Builder. TikTok Shop Creator: Authorize Affiliate App with Showcase Reading and Link Generation. Radar only uses approved products on its storefront. Amazon Creators API: activate the API, create OAuth Client ID and Client Secret, choose the market and enter the Partner Tag for that country. eBay Partner Network: request production access to the Browse API and register the EPN's Client ID, Client Secret, marketplace and Campaign ID. impact.com: in Settings › API, copy Account SID and Auth Token; Media Property ID improves deeplink attribution. CJ Affiliate: create a Personal Access Token and enter the Company ID. The search returns approved advertisers. Awin: enter Publisher ID, API Token, language and Advertiser IDs whose Enhanced feeds were released. Rakuten Advertising: generate the Bearer Token from the Product Search API and choose the language of the products. SHEIN and Natura do not need a duplicate password in Achadu. They are programs within Awin: ask for approval, enable the feed and include the Advertiser ID. Natura BR uses program 17658; SHEIN changes its program depending on the market. AliExpress uses the Portals aff_short_key. Temu uses the campaign's refer_share_id. Magazine You use your store's slug. Netshoes uses the ID of the program your account was approved for. Admitad uses the domain and official code of each approved program. Open Instagram + Messenger and click Connect with Meta. Log in to the account that manages the Page, choose the Page and activate Instagram, Messenger or both. Achadu registers official webhooks, tests the connection and takes conversations to DU Inbox. If your Page doesn't show Instagram, link a professional Business or Creator account in Meta Business Suite and reconnect. Open Integrations and choose the connector by capacity: Search for products, Price and stock, Monetize links or Commissions. Save the credentials and use Test Connection. Achadu queries a real product and shows the error returned by the source if something is wrong. Then, choose the same connector on Radar or Showcase › Search Source. If a link is commission-free, review the approval, Partner Tag, Campaign ID, MID, or program code before publishing.

Question 14

Paid traffic: capture, pixel and real funnel

From the announcement to joining the group, measure of truth. Meta does not see group input: the pixel dies when the person leaves the browser. That's why the capture page exists: it is the territory where the marking still works, and Achadu closes the rest of the way through the server. Ad → /vip/nicho: the capture page triggers the pixel's PageView. Click on the button → /enter: the server registers the click with the match signals (cookie _fbp, fbclid, IP, browser) and triggers the Lead via the Conversions API. It is the signal that the campaign uses to optimize. Group entry: Your connected number sees who has joined. The Capture tab funnel crosses clicks × actual entries. My Site › Capture: Paste the Meta Pixel ID and Conversions API token (Events › Settings › Conversions API). Google: paste the tag (G-XXX or AW-XXX); click triggers generate_lead. Always publicize the /vip/nicho link in the ad, and /enter/niche in the bio: both work for the group with a vacancy. Click rate → low entry: the problem is the page or the group (weak promise, full group). High rate with high cost per click: the problem is the ad. With these two numbers you can decide where to move without hesitation.

Notifications

Accepted Answer

The bell lets you know what it needs from you. Number dropped or logged out (with link to Connections). Submission failed (with reason). Coupon expires tomorrow or has expired. Monitor found new offers. Repeated warnings are grouped: the same number falling several times becomes a warning every 6 hours.

Submission and group reports

What left, what failed, who came and went. Sendings: by period (yesterday, today, 7 days, month, 30 days), with segment, group and state filter, graph by day and CSV export. Group analysis: entries, exits, balance and engagement by group, with the period line. It's the health of the community: a group that only leaves people after a certain type of submission is telling you something.

Commissions

Accepted Answer

API, report and CSV without mixing currencies. Synchronize query Shopee and Awin via API and the configured official report of Rakuten. For other sources, import the CSV from the dashboard or do a point release. BRL, USD, EUR, GBP and other currencies are kept in separate balances. The report never adds 10 dollars to 10 reais as if they were 20 of the same coin.

Public website and showcase by segment

Your offers page, always updated. The public showcase (/showcase) shows published offers and group invitations. Each segment can have its own page in /v/seu-nicho, with name, phrase and color configurable in Segments.

What each plan releases. Basic: 1 segment, 1 number, showcase and reports. Professional: 3 segments, 2 numbers, Telegram, pilot, AI and automations. Complete: 5 segments, 3 numbers, contingency and priority support. The commission is always yours; Achadu only charges for the subscription.

Set up and publish your store

Domain, pages, blocks and secure publishing. My website separates draft and published version. You can rearrange blocks, edit pages and review the preview without changing the store that is already live. Review domain, language, currency and group links. Open the preview on computer and cell phone. Click Publish. Achadu saves the previous version to allow going back. Save does not publish. This separation prevents an incomplete fit from appearing to visitors.

Question 22

Shopper and search with DU

How the visitor finds the right offer. Shopper understands product, purpose, budget and preferences. The answer only uses offers published in the store itself, preserving the correct affiliate link. DU shows used filters and suggests expanding the budget or category. He doesn't invent products, prices or availability.

Question 23

Store languages, markets and currencies

Accepted Answer

The language changes without mixing market or price. The store can detect the browser language and maintain a manual choice. The marketplace defines currency, price format, catalog and affiliate identifier; language alone does not convert BRL to USD. Review each published market. A Brazilian offer should not appear as if it were available internationally.

Conversations, context and next step on one screen. Inbox brings together connected conversations, contact history and intent detected by DU. The side column shows preferences, tags, orders, and recipe signals. Review DU's suggestion. Confirm price, coupon and availability before submitting. Use internal note when information should not reach the customer. Finish or wait for the customer to keep the line organized.

Connect Instagram and Messenger

Official authorization of the Page and professional account. Open Integrations › Instagram + Messenger. Log in with the Meta account that manages the Page. Choose the Page and channels you want to serve. Confirm subscription to events and send a test message. Instagram must be Business or Creator and linked to the chosen Page.

Journeys and conversation automations

Triggers, approval, limits and silence. A journey reacts to an event and follows visual steps. Each exit must have a limit, time window, stopping condition and approval option when there is a risk. Test with an internal contact. Check the output path and time between messages. Define what happens when the person responds. Do not use SMS while the channel is unavailable.

Analytics by position

Accepted Answer

Group, message, product, page and button linked to the result. Each click maintains the origin: page, block, button, product, post and group. This allows you to compare position and message without attributing the entire result to the product alone. Compare reach, click, entry and revenue in the same window. A position with lots of clicks and little revenue may be promising more than the offer delivers.

Store and bio heatmap

Where people touch, stop and abandon. The heatmap aggregates interactions by area of the page. It does not record passwords, forms or private content; shows click concentration and navigation depth. Use the heatmap next to the funnel. Isolated click does not mean sale.

Google Analytics and Search Console

Accepted Answer

Measurement and verification on all public pages. In My Site › Pixels, paste the G- ID of GA4. Paste the Search Console HTML check. Save and publish the store. Return to Google to confirm ownership. The customer's property remains separate from Achadu's institutional Analytics and respects the visitor's privacy decision.

Question 30

Choose the best plan

Accepted Answer

Compare capacity, resources and locks. The Plan and Billing screen shows your current usage, the limits that matter for your operation, and the complete comparison. During the test, all professional features are visible before choosing. Changing the cycle does not erase data. If the plan reduces capacity, the operation freezes the surplus and requests a decision.

Pay with Pix or card

Accepted Answer

Automatic confirmation and release of the plan. In Brazil, checkout uses Mercado Pago. Card authorizes renewal; Annual Pix generates QR and copies and pastes. When available for the account, Pix Automatic requests recurring authorization in the bank's environment. Outside of Brazil, checkout uses Stripe and features methods compatible with the country and currency.

Cancel, exchange or reactivate

What happens to operation and data. Cancellation prevents the next renewal. Until the end of the term, the plan remains active; then, automations are paused and the data remains saved for reactivation.

Team and permissions

Invite people without opening up too much access. Operator: performs daily work. Admin: configures operation, channels and allowed team. Super admin: controls billing, security and global administration. Use individual accounts. Sharing login destroys the audit trail.

Controlled testing before general release. Under Community › Surveys & Beta, ask for participation and explain the usage scenario. Approval releases the resource only to your account and can be closed without affecting the rest of the operation.

Create and revoke an API key

Secret environment, scopes, and rotation. The Developers area is available from the Professional plan. Choose name and scopes, copy the secret once, and revoke the key when it is no longer used. Never put the key in a browser, public store or repository. Use environment variable on server or agent.

Account tools with confirmation and auditing. Create a key with the minimum scopes, copy the URL from the MCP server and configure it in the AI client. Writing actions remain limited to the scopes and appear in the audit.
